This listing is for a single two-handled soup cup with underplate from Theodore Haviland New York. The back mark indicates these pieces were made in the United States between 1937 & 1956. The pattern is "Birchmere," featuring blue branches & leaves on an off-white ground with the slight scalloped edge of the Isle De France shape trimmed in blue. The soup cup & underplate are in very good vintage used condition; light utensil marks & minor wear to the trim. Approximate dimensions - Cup: 4-3/4" across; 1-3/4" tall Saucer: 6-1/2" diameter I have other pieces of "Birchmere" available. I offer for sale a wide variety of china, dinnerware & pottery.
