If your order is delivered to the address you provided at check out & the address is not your current residence, you will not get a refund or any replacement. However, if your package is returned to us, we are more than happy to arrange a refund on the stickers, but you will still be charged for shipping. If you did not receive your package but it was marked as delivered by the USPS. Please understand that it is not us mishandling your order. Please understand that we are unable to replace your items at our expense because of any USPS' mishandling issues & package theft. Before you apply the sticker, we suggest: 1) Clean the area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol. Do not use a glass cleaner because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the sticker from adhering well. 2) Peel off a corner of the back paper & place adhesive side down to desired area 3) Use a squeegee or credit card firmly press across the sticker & slowly peel the rest of the back paper off. This ensures the sticker will cling to the surface area & removes any air bubbles that may have formed. 4) Snap a picture, leave us a review or tag us on instagram @redpocketmerch Please refrain from re-applying the sticker.
