This listing is for a strand of 7 rainbow colored round clay beads. Each bead is handmade from a highfire white stoneware clay. Each bead is glazed in one of the seven rainbow colors of red, yellow, green, blue, indigo, & violet. These have large holes suitable for macrame or multi strand or thick leather corded jewelry projects. Have fun with your next DIY project. Each bead that I make is formed by hand, pinched, pressed, squeezed, stamped, & carved. I enjoy making something with my hands that then continues it's life in the hands of another. Even more exciting is when I catch someone wearing a pendant, buttons, or beads that I once made...completing the circle of creative expression. This high-fired beauties measure between .5" & .75" each & are made with white stoneware clay & is durable, waterproof & beautiful. They are perfect for adding an eye catching pop of color on any handmade necklace or macramae project. Pendants & beads make great stocking stuffers , shower gifts, or DIY projects for a jewelry maker. Note that high fired stoneware pendants & beads are not suitable for use with essential oils because the clay is vitrified & not as porous as earthenware pieces.
