Description
This is a traditional Dominican five-decade rosary. It will last a lifetime. All of my rosaries - should the construction break during normal prayer - may be returned at any time for free repairs. Beads: 6mm Brown picture jasper paired with 10mm faceted blue Lapis Lazuli stones. Center: 1-Inch Italian center featuring the Sacred Heart of Jesus on one side & the Immaculate Heart of the Virgin Mary on the other. Crucifix: Ornately detailed Pardon crucifix measuring 2-1/8" high. Also called the Indulgence crucifix, one is given special indulgences by Pope Pius X for devoutly praying on, or kissing the crucifix. The reverse reads "Father Forgive Them" & "Behold This Heart Which Has So Loved Men." The medals beneath the crossbar offer the additional protection of the Miraculous Medal & Saint Benedict. Silver-oxidized metal. Made in Italy. Length: Approximately 24" (This measurement represents the length from the bottom of the crucifix to the middle of the third decade.) Construction: Chain link with wire-wrapped Pater beads & connection points. German silver .
