Here is a marvelous pair of antique Abraham Lincoln Cast Bronze bookends for the collector, most likely from the early 1900's. I have had these in my personal collection as I am personally a President Lincoln collector...and boy is there a lot of attention on President Lincoln in the media lately. These are a nice, original casting with a wonderful relief/carving. One has felt on the bottom..I do not see a maker's mark but it might be underneath the green felt. Excellent condition. Residue of chipped paint on both. I like them this shabby way; but, they would equally be beautiful polished. They are quite heavy.
