This set is specifically put together to drill pearls, & the diamond bits can also used to drill crystals & stones. Do not use carbide bit on stones, it will dull it. Ths Set Includes: 1 pc Ball Bur ( for hole starting) 2.3mm / 3/32" shank 2 pc 1.1 mm high quality tungsten carbide steel Pearl drill 1/8" shank 2 pc 1mm long ( drills / straightens longer holes) 2.3mm / 3/32" shank 2 pc 1.5mm long ( hole straightener an enlarger.) 2.3mm / 3/32" shank Diamond Bits shank diameter: 2.3mm / 3/32" Pearl Drill Shank Diameter: Approx. 3.175mm / 1/8" COMPATABILITY Diamond bit shafts are 3/32" / 2.3mm & are comparable with Micromotors, flex shafts , & dremelss with a 3/32" collet. Can also be used with a 12V hobby motor for very small jobs. CANNOT BE USED WITH A HAND DRILL. These are professional quality & work well with a long life if used properly. MUST BE USED WITH WATER as they can overheat easily. They are not flexible like the hardware quality diamond burs that are normally encountered. Any bending will break the bur.
