I am not sure what the exact intended purpose was for these. & I am not sure how they were attached to the performers. Or if they were works in progress. in any event, they are lovely & would look wonderful on display. You will receive a TRIO / Red-White-Blue Theme / Please use the photos as your guide to specific descriptors & condition. I will provide a general description here. 14 inch red & white ostrich feather headpiece, with "T" wrapped base in red, with beading, loop at bottom / 15 inch royal blue & moss green ostrich feather headpiece, with three silk daisies & white base / 15 inch white & Colonial blue ostrich feather headpiece, with faux tortoiseshell comb on back. Long white satin streamers in varying lengths. large silver gray flower with rosebud center in a silver filigree holder / Unlabeled but from company stock This item & others on their way to the shop are from a defunct film & theatre company in Paris, France, REGIFILM. The company specialized in décor, costumes, & accessories for the French cinema, as one ad stated "memorabilia & collectibles from bygone days". Items were likely sourced, although it cannot be ruled out that they may have been produced during the time the company was in operation. The company was in business since the late 1950's, closing down in 2014, at which time the treasures & stock were given to the estate & auctioned off. That being said, in spite of their authentic appearance, I am not absolutely certain the age of the items I will be listing, so I will be stating them simply as "vintage". The lot I acquired contains hats & accessories in Victorian styles through 1950's. Although the pieces were used (or intended to be used) in various stage & film productions, they are all in good condition & still wearable. Lastly, they all appear to be constructed of finer quality materials & show wonderful workmanship. CONDITION / GOOD. in nice, used condition. Some visible wear from usage, which may include discoloration, broken or compromised feathers, coating loss to quills, missing beads/sequins, loose threads, finish loss, bent/folded floral & foliage, missing trim, un-raveling, etc. CONDITION CHART: MINT - Pristine, perfect, as new, no flaws or wear evident.
