This is the second of a series, proper name "Birth Sampler II" & it is #551 published by Green Apple. Published in 1983, this listing is for the actual chart/leaflet not a copy or download. The booklet does not include any embroidery supplies. You will need linen or Aida cloth plus needle & embroidery floss to complete the design. Finished size is about 12.75" x 14.5" if you use 11 count fabric. Suggested colors include blues, pinks, brown, green & yellow but of course you can stitch it up in any colors you'd like! The leaflet is in very good condition with some minor edge wear, & is really one of the prettiest embroidery designs I have seen in a while.
