old & inky blue souvenir plate by The Rowland & Marsellus Co. of Staffordshire, England featuring Buffalo, New York made sometime between 1900 & 1930 based on the mark. Features Buffalo Savings Bank, the McKinley Moment, 74th Regiment Armory, The Albright Art Gallery, the Post Office & City Hall with the Buffalo Library & Soldier's Monument in the center. Its a standard size plate - 10 inches in diameter with a good hefty weight. The plate is in really excellent condition for the age, but the plate holder has caused large chips in the back & a visible chip in the front. It comes with the plate holder. Priced accordingly.
