The font colors come in glitter & matte colors (refer to pictures on our page). We use heat transfer vinyl for the lettering (it is NOT EMBROIDERY). Twenty four hours after we email for the details: If details are not provided, we will use our default color (the color we think looks best on the stuffed animal) & font number. If there are no name/word provided & you paid for personalization, we will ship as a basic (no personalization) & refund the personalization cost. If you paid for basic but requested personalization & we dont get payment for within 24 hours, we will ship it as basic (no personalization). SHIPPING We will ship to the address provided so please double check the shipping address to make sure it's the correct address before you purchase. If you don't confirm your address & the package is sent back to us, you will need to pay for shipping again. Once we ship & provide the tracking number, it is beyond our control of any delays or missing packages.
