The Campfire Skimmer Spoon. Sometimes you just need the right tool for the right job. The Skimmer lets you serve boiled veggies directly from the pot (New England Boiled Dinner), lift a potato or pasta out of the water to check if it is done, skim foam off the pot when simmering corned beef. Handy, & not easily substituted with another tool. Speaking of New England Boiled Dinner, I do not know anyone that does not like corned beef. I have a few allergies so I make my own. Fatty beef Kosher salt white pepper coriander fennel vinegar mix together & let stand in a bowl or plastic bag. A roast can take a couple of weeks. Shortcut, use stew meat.
