The Tawa (quaternary) designs are handmade woven & Tasseled on each of the four corners with decorative edging on two sides. Tawa represents the 4 elements (earth, fire, wind, water). Use to add inside your Mesa (Mestana) or for wrapping your despacho offering & taking it to its offering place. Traditionally used in ceremonies as a cloth on which offerings to Pachamama & the apus are being served. It can also be used for Rituals & Ceremonies as well as to carry your Chumpi Stones. Measures approximately 15 inches x 15 inches The weavers of the Q'ero nation share their time in making these for ceremonial use, for despachos. Please note: Colors may appear slightly different due to flash, lighting & from the natural dyes. The dyes are from substances like plants from the Andean region. These are handmade textiles & may have some minor flaws.
