These sterling silver Guitar picks measure just over 1-3/16" long x 1" wide(at the widest part) or 30.5mm long x 26mm wide. I can also cut the heart out wherever you would like.The 4th photo shows a copper pick with the heart cut out down towards the bottom of the pick. Add stampings - such as "You Rock" or" I Pick You", - See 3rd photo.
