Description
This is a handsome c. 1900 oak splint storage basket that has aged to a warm honey color. It has a double wrapped rim & a handle with a great patina. The interior is quite dark & dusty. There are a few small breaks on the bottom, not visible unless the basket is turned over. One wrap on the rim is split but it is not broken. It measures 13" by 9" by 12 1/2" to the top of the basket.
