DISCLAIMER We are not responsible for small imperfections within the ceramic. Our products are made from clay & may contain tiny specs. DESIGNING We do send out final proofs before we apply the decal onto the vase to make sure everything is to your liking. If we do not receive a response within 7 days regarding approval of the proof image, it will be an automatic approval & we will ship your item out to avoid any delays. - Choose a font & include all information being asked for in the "Add your personalization" section. - If you do not want the house address street sign on the vase, please let us know when you send in your files. - Please make sure all spelling is CORRECT. SENDING in FILES After completing checkout, please send us a message including: - Your order number or your name used to make the purchase. - A clear photo of your house.
