I do try hard to thoroughly inspect each piece & I wash all pieces that are appropriate. Small flaws are part of the vintage nature of the piece but I will do my best to note them for you! Also please know that vintage sizing is different! ALWAYS know & compare your measurements to ensure proper fit! I pack your items well enough to withstand a hurricane but we all know sh# happens! If your item does arrive broken, keep all original packaging, take photos, & contact me ASAP so we can work out a solution with the carrier.
