Learning how to sew kit: This kit comes complete with everything a child needs to learn to sew. Children are often very curious & eager to learn sewing at a young age, especially when they see a parent or grandparent sewing. This beginning sewing kit will teach not just the concept of sewing, but also colors, shapes, & hand-eye coordination. Not to mention it is a wonderful practical life skill taught in Montessori & other preschools. You will receive: 2 pieces of burlap fabric (measures about 7 & a half inches & is sewn around the edges to help reduce fraying). 1 wooden embroidery hoop (6 inches) 1 plastic colored 2 & a half inch needle (the needle is more blunt than sharp, however it is a little sharp & should be used responsibly & with adult supervision.) 4 different colors of balls of yarns (The variegated blue yarn color may vary slightly from what is shown due to availabiltiy). Each ball is about 15 feet in length. 30 beads in assorted "spring/summer" colors. Let your child's imagination run wild as they learn a practical skill & make beautiful art!
