The tectonic Map of Europe was created by the USSR in 1962, digitally rendered & processed based on modern elevation data, which reflects impressive landforms & amazing highlights/shadows. These maps are digitally rendered topographies that have 3D effects, realistic shading, & very detailed features on 2D prints. They are not 3D-raised relief maps (printed on paper). Multi-resolution elevation datasets; Digital Elevation Models (DEM) coverage of Earth is used as bare earth to create these maps. Mainly SRTM (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission) data is processed & rendered based on its elevation profile. -A map of any place in the world you want can be produced. Please contact us for the map you would like to produce. -Please note that there is no guarantee that small keys & labels will be legible. These are decorative maps so you may not be able to read small texts, especially in shaded & mountainous areas & depending on the size of the map. -Prints are available in various sizes. Please contact us if you have a request for a Custom Size. -These maps are decorative maps & designed for a nice view on your wall, not for study or technical use. Small texts in high mountainous & shaded areas may not be readable. The readability of the small texts also varies depending on the print size. Our store does not guarantee the readability of all texts on the prints. Large-size prints will give the most magnificent & satisfying result on your wall.
