This listing is for one ring box. The ring box can be personalized (up to three letters). Props & jewelry are not included. Proof/text mock up is not included for this listing. Font/text size will vary depending on number/type of characters. - The ring box is approximately 2" (l) x 1.77" (w) x 1.77" (h) - Text is applied with heat-transfer vinyl (text is not embroidered or embossed). - Care instructions: keep away from water & moisture. HOW TO ORDER: 1) Select box color. 2) Select text color. Select NO TEXT for a box without personalization/text. 3) in the personalization field, enter initials (up to three letters) in the EXACT order you would like it personalized. Font is caps lock only. MULTIPLE PIECE ORDERS: If you are ordering multiple pieces in the same color combination, simply adjust your quantity & provide your initials as a column list or separated by commas. For example: AB CDE FGH If you need different color combinations, add them to your cart separately. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: Please double-check all order details (colors, spelling, etc.) & your shipping address. It is our policy to ship to the address listed on the invoice. If you need to change the shipping address, place a new order & notify us immediately. The first order will be a placeholder in our order list & will be canceled & refunded. If the order has already been shipped to the incorrect address, we do not cover the postage for return shipping. We can accommodate requests for color/text changes only if we have not started working on your order. Please send us a message & we will confirm if changes are possible. Processing time (the time needed to complete the order) will varycheck the listing for the most up to date processing. Single piece orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (Shipping upgrade is available on check out for an additional fee). We are not responsible for transit delays & cannot guarantee the delivery date or offer refunds for late packages. AT OUR DISCRETION, SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ORDERS OVER $100. If so, please be available to sign for the package delivery or arrange for pick up at your local post office.
