You can pick the length, & stain color. Each shelf includes the mount & hardware. Our mantles are hand made from high quality ¾" solid wood. Each piece is handpicked & cut to your requested dimensions. We then build with nails & wood glue, sand down, & stain for that beautifully smooth finish. Each mantle comes with a bracket that fits inside. All you need to do is mount the bracket with the included hardware & slide the mantle over it. (Don't worry we include an instruction sheet on how to install your shelf) We have a list of stain colors for you to choose from. If you ever have any questions about what stain will best fit your home feel free to send a message! We do custom build, so if you do not see the size you need, please send us a message. Our mantles are not tested to hold a specific amount of weight but conservatively around 40lbs if properly installed into studs. Are the mantles solid or hollow? The mantles are hollow, assembled with a top & bottom, with mitered front & side pieces. Are their nails on the exterior of the shelf? Yes, there are nails on the exterior of the shelf. We do use wood fill to conceal all nail holes. Where do I find your stain options? If you scroll through all our photos on the listing you will find all the stains listed with their corresponding letter. What stains are shown in the photos? We are not responsible if you do not include your custom size in the note to seller. Damaged Orders & Return Policy: -All items are made-upon-order just for you at your requested specs. There are no pre-made items in stock, therefore we do not accept any returns. -Notify us of damage within 3 days of your order delivery. We will replace your damaged order upon receiving pictures of the outer box & pictures of the damage of your order within 3 days from the time of delivery. After this time, we cannot make a claim with FedEx. -Notes: Wood is natural & unique (varied) & color variation is not eligible for a defective/damaged refund or exchange.
