Apply mod podge on background surface then smooth on rice paper starting at the center of the sheet, pushing outwards with fingers to eliminate wrinkles & bubbles. Coat with mod podge or other finishing medium & allow to dry. Product Specifications: Each single sheet measures 8 1/4 x 11 3/4 inches.
