Please read entire item description as it contains important information & clarification Cherish memories of your loved ones forever with these special memory dogs made from their clothes. Note - you must ship the clothing articles to me & pay for shipping them to me. I also recommend keeping up with your tracking as I am not responsible for your clothing items until they are delivered to me. My address will be provided in a message to you after you place an order. Clothing items must be mailed to me within 10 days of placing your order. If I have not received your clothing items within 14 days of your order, your order may be cancelled. If you have custom requests PLEASE message me before placing your order to ensure that I can accommodate. - Sizes of the dog are approximate. Sizes may be slightly larger if you send me stretchy materials such as t-shirts & sweaters. Each dog is handmade & no two will be exactly the same. - They are filled with premium polyester fiberfill that make them very soft & cuddly. The safety eyes that I use are rated for ages 3+ on the packaging, & they are 9 millimeter size for all sizes of bears. If they're intended for small children, please let me know so I can sew on buttons for the eyes. - I can only make one dog per clothing item. Materials I can use: -button up shirts -sweatshirts/hoodies -flannel shirts, pants, blankets -t-shirts -cotton, polyester, satin, silk, wool, wool-blend, or terry cloth I CANNOT use fleece, crocheted or knitted items, thick denim, or baby clothes. If your clothing item is a sweater or cardigan, you must send me a picture of it before ordering to ensure I can use it If you send me a T-shirt that has a large design that takes up most of the shirt, understand that I will not be able to incorporate the entire design onto the dog. If that is an issue, please do not send me those type of shirts. Additionally, t-shirt materials & other stretchy materials will result in slight larger & rounder dogs than those made from stiffer materials. - I do not have patches for the dogs. If you order patches from another seller & ship them to me with your clothing items, I am happy to attach them to the finished dogs. I do not save the scraps from the clothes you send me. If you specifically need the scraps sent back, please send me a message with your request BEFORE you order because I have to charge extra shipping. These are not toys & with some fabrics being very fragile I do not recommend that children play or sleep with them as it can cause tears in the seams or the eyes to come out.
