We have chosen the most frequently used allergies, medications, & medical alerts, best adjusted to fit in the small patches. Please let us know your selection from these, shown in the following slides, in the NOTE TO SELLER AT CHECKOUT. ⮚Personalization has a character limit, so you will not be able to type beyond that. Spaces are included & are specific to the small, medium, or large case you are customizing. ⮚Prints available are shown in the shop. We do not use prints from other items in our shop for medical cases, but any print shown on a medical case can be made in any size. You will receive the print shown in the first photo. DISLAIMER: We cannot duplicate patches, wording or prints seen in review photos. If you need to request specialized patches or wording, please send us a message. There will be an additional fee for extra design work. We cannot honor requests made in the notes, without asking first.
