Clients are responsible for any taxes or fees their country inflicts Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged we can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Shipping policies The ordered items are shipped via Hellenic Post (ELTA)using standard first class shipping with TRACKING number Note that we live & work in Agistri , a very small Greek island in the Saronic ,where we dont have a post office.Packages have to be transferred to the nearby Aegina island by a postman , who only comes every 5 days ,so we ship items every 5 days.(after receiving payment) If for any reason you need an item to be shipped immediately contact us & we can arrange it with a small extra cost in any case we don't aim to make a profit from the shipping fees.On the contrary,we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.So,if you want to buy more than one items & their total weight allows it ( up to 2 kg) we can adjust the shipping cost & save you some money.
