To ensure the best possible results, please contact me before placing your order so that we can discuss your project & you can send me a clear, high-resolution photo to work from. This will enable me to capture all the details of your location & create a painting that you will treasure for years to come. Here's how the process works: Once I receive your photo & we agree on the details of your portrait, I will hand-sketch your home onto Arches cold-pressed watercolor paper. I will then send you an email photo of the sketch for your review. Once you approve the drawing, I will begin to paint your custom portrait. Please note that I offer a variety of sizes & prices for my portraits, which you can find in the drop-down menu. If you need a different size, please contact me & we can discuss it.
