Cape style cage cover has a casing at the top with a black paracord drawstring closure. Drawstrings have a cord lock to adjust the opening at the top. The seed & debris will be trapped between the cage & the fabric skirt. Machine wash gentle & dry on cool temps. Avoid using scented detergent & fabric softeners for your bird's health.
