About : This is a custom handmade pillow. Picture imprints are fade-resistant. These pillows are hand wash safe. Our pillow materials: These pillows are made with a very soft high-quality WHITE velvet fabric & stuff with hypoallergenic fill material. We don't have any colorful fabric. Pillow sizes: We have 6 different sizes available. Please make sure to select the correct size before placing your order. We have some real pictures of different sizes of pillows (please check them out in the listing's picture). Size for Customized Pillow is based on the longest side of the photo, & depends on the size you purchased. Short side is based on the size of the photo provided. XSmall: 9~10 in > 22.86~25.4 cm Small: 11~12 in > 27.94~30.48 cm Medium: 13~14 in > 33.02~35.56 cm Large: 16~17 in > 40.64~43.18 cm XLarge: 20~21 in > 50.8~53.34 cm XXLarge: 23~24 in > 58.42~60.96 cm Picture qualification: The screenshots don't work! Please ensure photo is more than 1500 px. We need an original picture that you took with your phone/camera before cropping & editing. If you are not sure about your picture resolution please send us before placing your order with the pillow size that you are looking for, we will let you if it works! Attention: Colors may vary slightly depending on monitor/tablet/phone settings. If your picture is not clear or if it's too dark, it would be the same as your provided picture after printing on the fabric. How to send your picture? After making your purchase, send us your photo(s) as an attachment in a conversation. If you purchased more than a pillow, please let us know if you would like to use the same picture for both otherwise please provide us a picture for each pillow. Are you ready to place your order? 1-Choose your size from the list (We have 6 different sizes) 2-Please DOUBLE CHECK your SHIPPING ADDRESS before checking out. Your order will be shipped to your provided address. If it's not correct, please place a new order & let us know to cancel the wrong order. 3-After placing your order, please send us your picture with your order number. 4-We will send you a mock-up before printing. Please check back your Etsy's message & approve it. Delivery time: We will ship your orders on time. But, once the shipping carrier has your package, it's out of our control. We cannot account for delays with a post office. If you select USPS as your shipping carrier please note that USPS FIRST CLASS shipping mail service doesn't have any insurance.
