All orders are sent direct to the embroidery shop while all emails are received by our office & due to the fact that we receive a large number of emails it sometimes can take up to two days to read the emails. It can range from 5-7 business days from the time your order is received until the time it ships. Because we sell a wide variety of garments, it is not possible to stock every item; therefore, some items need to be ordered from our distributor, from whom we order twice weekly. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel & order. All orders are custom made per your order, garments are not stock, off the shelf items, & therefore we do not offer exchanges or returns on any order. All sales are final. Any item that is being returned must be in the exact condition it was in when shipped: New & un-used, un-washed, no perfumes, cologne or other smells with any original tags that were on the item. Please check your order immediately if there are any issues, if there is an issue, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery. When you wash an item, that voids any warranty on the garment. We currently do not offer any additional customizations to this item (personal name, rank, etc.) Processing begins immediately after your order is placed, although our office may be closed our embroidery shop operates on weekends & Holidays depending on business. When your order ships you will receive a notification & Tracking Number, please ensure the email address you use is valid & checked regularly. Also please ensure that the shipping address you provide is the correct address since we are not able to ship to a different address.
