This vintage evening bag was created by CHRISTIANA. It has a very nice antique silver tone metal frame embellished with jet black rhinestones. The clasp is a twist clasp. The top single handle is created from a matching antique silver tone colored chain with very decorative links. See photos. The body of this handbag is made from deep, dark black silk fabric. The entire body of the purse is covered in silk hand embroidery & beading of flowers, leaves, vines & butterflies. The interior is lined with black satin fabric. There is one main compartment & one open side slit compartment. The side compartment holds a small oval mirror. The mirror is backed with batting & black silk & trimmed with black fancy trim. It is attached to the purse with a satin ribbon. The brand, CHRISTIANA, is embroidered in gold metallic thread across the back of the mirror. This handbag measures 6-3/4" wide x 1-1/2" deep x 5-1/2" tall, not including the handle. The handle adds another 5" to the height. This handbag is in very good, pre-owned condition with no damage. There are no stains or odors. I don't think it has been used much, if at all. NOTE: This purse is a dark black. The interior photos have been lightened so you could see the details.
