Although we use the same type of wood for our signs, no two items are identical. There will be natural inconsistencies in the wood such as variation in grain, texture & knots. These natural properties are not considered flaws & we do not attempt to cover them. Our signs are laser engraved & cut & occasional light burn marks may show. We sand each item to remove such burn marks & minor blemish may occur from sanding, but this does not affect the performance of the product.
