Hand Painted Wallhanging (Blue/Yellow/Mustard/Brown/Cream Including: Woven Cotton Fabric Hand painted Yellow & Mustard Design with a Blue Background & Dark Brown Boarder Hand cut & finished sustainably sourced Tasmania Oak hanger & base trim Ready to hang with clear hanging thread All of my wall hangings are made from environmentally friendly reclaimed woven cotton fabric & Australian manufactured PEFC / AFS certified, sustainable Tasmanian Oak. I prefer to ship my wall hangings plastic packaging free in recycled cardboard boxes Measurements: Length: 54cm (from top of timber to base timber) Hanging drop: 21cm (from hook/hanging point to the top of the timber) Overall Length: 75cm (from the hanging point to the base Trim) This is a made to order item where you have the option to choose either the Tasmanian oak base trim as pictured or a wool tasseled fringe. in a cream colour. See other designs for example. If you decide to select the fringe option the length measurements will become: Length: 70cm (from top of timber to the bottom of the fringe) Overall Length: 90cm (from the hanging point to the base of the fringe) I choose to recreate my artworks for the most affordable price I can, FYI this is what is involved: -The fabric backing is cut, ironed & sewn together. -Then I begin outlining the design on the fabric using a template to ensure consistency. -Paint colours are mixed, & I begin painting by hand using a variety of brushes. This often needs to be done over a few days to allow for colours to dry inbetween. -During this time I have probably started to prep the timber. I choose to cut each piece of Tassie Oak by hand & sand until nice & smooth. -I then coat the timber with a homemade beeswax polish & allow to dry before attaching to the fabric. -To finish it all off I add in the clear hanging thread, & a simple sawtooth hanger so your new artwork is all ready to hang on the wall. I like to allow 1 -2weeks for producing, depending on the amount of orders received. Although this may be shorter. A tracking number will be supplied on dispatch.
