Kornit printers use water-based ink that is eco-friendly & safe. The vinegar mixture is used as a pre-treat, which is sprayed onto the shirt by the printer, allowing the ink to adhere to the fabric effectively. The vinegar pre-treat is 100% water-based & will wash out during the first wash. So, there's no need to worry about the smell or pre-treat stains. These stains occur as a reaction when the pre-treat comes into contact with the white color of the T-shirt fabric. Please note that although we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are not guaranteed due to potential post office errors or other issues. Solid colors are made from 100% combed & ring-spun cotton, while heather/blend colors are a blend of 52% combed & ring-spun cotton & 48% polyester. For washing instructions, please turn the tee inside out before washing. We recommend a warm machine wash on a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach, dry cleaning, & ironing over the foil if applicable. Regarding shipping, we strive to ship items as soon as possible. Our current turnaround time is 1-3 days for custom printing & shipping.
