Carved brown Bear stands over limit of Red salmon, & someone's flyfishing rod. On the Kenai river in Alaska the daily limit for Red Salmon is 3 fish. When the run is very strong the Fish & Game will bump the limit to 6 fish. For those of us here in ALaska, & many out of state visitors it is & annual pilgrimage to the Kenai pennisula to catch Red salmon. We do share the river with many bears, & most of us have had encounters. Kenai Limit
