Your product will be mailed via USPS (or FedEx) & we are not responsible for delays or damage that may occur during the time it is in their possession. For larger items, such as floating ledge shelves, there is a maximum shelf size of 58 inches (Australia 38") that we can ship to you. MULTIPLE ITEMS: If multiple items are ordered, specifically floating ledge shelves, they will be shipped in their own boxes, separately. They cannot be shipped in the same box. Smaller items will be shipped together if possible. Multiple packages shipped the same day may get separated during transit. It will have unique grain patterns, knots, markings & take stain differently. Knots are very common, cannot be avoided when using wood & are a natural part of the wood. Nail holes are extremely small & are not filled. We use small trim nails & admire this look. Nail holes may be more apparent in painted items. It is important to remember that you are buying an item that is completely HANDMADE & not produced by a machine. Each piece is unique & beautiful in its own special way.
