This Automach blade is a 5mm, 45 degree V Gouge & is made for the Automach power carving machine. The strong chisel is forged from high-quality alloy steel, which allows it to easily handle the speed & force of the Automach electric woodcarver. The instructions are easy, simply attach the blade to the main machine using a wrench. This is a parting chisel, which means it is excellent for parting or separating sections of a woodcarving. As it is curved at only 45 degrees, this allows for narrow but deep crevices in the wood. V-gouge blades such as this can also approach the wood from different angles, creating a variety of interesting cuts.
