PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING ~FAQ~ WHAT DOES MY BADGE INCLUDE? You get 1 badge with 1 Raised Lettering name/word (no last name), 1 logo (optional) & 1 title (optional). All the letters need to be attached to create 1 piece (ie. Dr, Mrs, Mr, LT, etc) WHAT FASTENER WILL I GET? Pin-on WHAT MATERIAL IS THE BADGE MADE OUT OF? All badges are made of 1/8" thick acrylic WHAT SIZE IS THE BADGE? The acrylic backing is 3.5 inch by 1.5 inch rectangle with rounded corners. WHAT ARE THE COLOR OPTIONS? Color options for names are in the drop-down menu. Name, logo & title color will be in same color. Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings & paint batches (paint is custom mixed in small batches) CAN I CHOOSE MY FONT? Yes, you can choose your font from the dropdown menu. You can view the fonts in the picture gallery section. WHAT IS THE MOST POPULAR FONT? The most popular is AMIGIRL for the Name. CAN I CHOOSE MY FONT FOR THE TITLE? VENTI font will be used for the Title unless buyer request a different font. If you want a different font please include this in the Personalization section. DO THE LETTERS in THE NAME HAVE TO BE ATTACHED? in order to have the name adhere securely to the backing ALL the letters will be attached to each other, no spaces in between letters. HOW MANY LETTERS CAN BE in A NAME? We prefer 8 letters but can do 10 letters if there's no logo. HOW MANY LETTERS CAN BE TITLE BE? 25 letters max for badges with a logo. 40 letters max for badges without a logo. WHAT IF I DON'T WANT A LOGO OR TITLE ON THE BADGE? If you want your name only on the badge, please choose the NAME ONLY option in the dropdown menu. WHAT OPTION DO I CHOOSE IF I WANT TO INCLUDE THE LOGO? Please choose the LOGO/TITLE option in the dropdown menu WHAT IF I ONLY WANT MY NAME & LOGO? Please choose the LOGO/TITLE option in the dropdown menu & input it like this in the Personalization section: Name Title NO Logo YES WHAT IF I ONLY WANT MY NAME & TITLE? Please choose the LOGO/TITLE option in the dropdown menu & input it like this in the Personalization section: Name Title NO Logo YES HOW DO I INPUT THE PERSONALIZATION? in the Personalization box, include your 1st name or word. Please make sure you input the name, title or word exactly how you want it, we do not check for spelling errors. If you want all caps or lower case, please type it in that way. WHERE DO I SEND THE LOGO? Email to Etsy @ bldahlia.com WHAT FILE FORMAT DOES THE LOGO HAVE TO BE? 1 - AI, EPS or a vector file, all artwork will be converted to Black Full color illustrations, watercolor or hand drawn images won't work as they can't be converted to black & white. OR 2 - Black hi-res image JPG, PDF or PNG with a white or transparent background. Color, scanned, hand drawn, screenshots, low res, grayscale images will not be work.
