Union Station, gateway to the Crossroads in Kansas City, Missouri, is one of the most beautiful buildings in the city & one of the largest railroad stations in the world. It was completed in 1914 in the Beaux Arts style. All of my pieces start as drawings in my sketchbook. This original piece is hand drawn & digitally colored in Kansas City. It is giclee printed in the Midwest with pigment-based archival inks on beautiful 200 gsm archival-certified fine arts paper. The thick matte paper with subtle water color texture is durable & accentuates the original brushstrokes of the artwork. The illustration can be ordered as a 5 x 7 inch (portrait orientation), 8 x 10 inch (portrait orientation) or 14 x 11 inch (landscape orientation) print. Each 5 x 7 is full bleed while the 8 x 10 & 14 x 11 prints have a 1/4" white border. Prints are ready to be framed or displayed as is. (Frame not included) All prints are signed & dated by the artist. They are packaged with care - wrapped in tissue paper & mailed in a protective stiff envelope.
