It's been bugging me for years. I had this idea based on my skeleton lovers pendant. I had this image of someone waiting for that incoming text that never came. You probably know the dread of being in the middle of an important moment & the person on the other side starts typing, stops, starts again stops It's excruciating. I showed the piece to my 12 year old daughter & she broke into a wide grin. Dad, you nailed. in order to get the details all in there I had this one done in Zbrush. The wax was printed & cast here in NYC. A mold was made so I can do it in different metals. This one is solid jeweler's white bronze. The chain is a stainless steel 2mm rolo chain with lobster clasp.
