Custom Polaroid: means you can choose your favorite photo. You will have to Email/Message me the picture (please be a clear photo). PLEASE NOTE -Due to the nature of instax film, the photos may be slightly different in coloration & can be a little blurred from original photo. Return Policy -Due to the made-to-order nature of these items, We do not accept returns or give refunds for any item purchased. Shipping -Mostly all orders will be shipped with minimal tracking provided through Etsy's shipping partner Pitney Bowes. This means that the tracking service provided will only occasionally update or may not update at all depending on the practices of the USPS.
