This is one amazing Orthodox set with Icon of Saint John Prodromos (handmade in local Icons workshop in Greece), & handmade bracelet with motif of Saint John Prodromos also.The Icon is 13cm18cm1.6 with golden leaf 24K,Aging.The bracelet is made by me with satin fabric (black & glossy). in front of the motif is carved Saint John Prodromos & (inside the bracelets) are carved Scales with Cross & symbolose the Justise.The bracelet is ADJUSTABLE.Model can fit from size Small (Diameter wrist 5cm.) to size Large (Diameter wrist 9cm.) All materials are SKINFRIENDLY. The simbols that I use to make the bracelets are custom made in a small work shop in Greece. The set is a perfect GIFT. John the Baptist, also called John the Baptist, is a saint & a prophet of Christianity. He was a contemporary of Jesus Christ & is believed to have prepared the world to receive the Messiah Jesus through his teaching, & the designation "Forerunner", which he baptized. This resulted in the imprisonment & subsequent beheading of John. As a biblical person he is considered to be on the border between the Old & the New Testament. in the Old it is considered as "Prophet" & messenger of God & in the New as "Forerunner". John is mentioned by all four Evangelists.
