Description

Jerusalem Ketubah, Oval Origial design by Shiri Lanzer. An oval design Ketubah decorated with a delicate painting of Jerusalem. The decoration is on the edge of the sketch. Calm colors of copper, gold, & green grace the page. The verse; "Maim rabim lo yochlu lechabot et haahava veneharot lo yishtefuha" ("Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it") is written at the top. The freestyle decoration gently wraps the handwritten classic calligraphic text. Hello & Welcome, This ketubah is an original design by Shiri Lanzer & is handmade (design & calligraphy) to order using high-quality oil-based pencils. The ketubah is handmade on authentic high-quality leather parchment. The calligraphy is handwritten using a traditional nib & specialty ink used by religious writers on leather parchment. The ketubah will arrive in an elegant folder that is both attractive & excellent for safekeeping. Please keep in mind that each order may be slightly different due to the handmade quality. This ketubah design can be customized further with changes in colors per your request. Be sure to contact me for such changes. I offer a variety of text choices including Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, Interfaith, same-sex, anniversary, English only, Hebrew only, or custom text that you provide. I will handwrite the text of your choice with your personal marriage information. How to order? 1. Purchase this ketubah by following instructions for payment. Any changes to the design must be first confirmed by me. Please contact me with any changes. 2. I will email you a form, where you can specify all needed information such as your choice of texts, names, the date, etc. 3. I will then work on your texts & send you files to review. You then reply with corrections & confirm. It is highly recommended to get your Rabbi / Wedding Officiate's approval. 4. Once texts are approved by you & your Rabbi / Wedding Officiate, they are final. I will handwrite the text & send you an image file for approval. No additional changes can be made at this point. 5. After writing the text, I will draw & paint your ketubah & ship it to you. I am here to answer your questions & to work with you to ensure that your text is perfect.
