This gorgeous illustration is full of vibrant colors, stylized botanicals, & a few birds. With the blank space & penciled in shapes, it appears to be a design for a book cover. It is inscribed: "For Scott with much love, Vandana". Part of the tag on the back has been removed, but seems to be from an art or frame shop in Khan Market, New Delhi. The backing material is stained. Back includes a wire for hanging. . . . . . Measures approximately 15x17x0.5" (including frame).
