A white embroidered eyelet cotton fabric hem of a skirt or petticoat. It measures approximately 9" wide, 84" around the top edge & 96" around the bottom edge. (Shaped like a cone.) Bottom has a ¼" hem & top edge is cut. There are 4 vertical seams. Shows average wear with some very light staining as shown in the last photo. Overall in Very Good condition.
