ALL items are custom/handmade You can customize this item with any add ins/design All items are handmade so small imperfections will occur, such as small bubbles. Each piece will be slightly different as it is handmade I do not accept any returns or exchanges unless there is an error that has occurred from my end I do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of the purchase being made. All items are special made just for you so please be sure that you are ordering it correctly the first time. Once I have started on your order, there are no cancellations or changes that can be made. When choosing design please keep in mind if you choose to add pigment in the design there may be a chance that it will change colors over time (i have no control over this). USPS announced that packages may be delayed which means you might get your order later than it says. Once it leaves my office I have no control over any delays, damages, or missing packages. Please immediately contact your post office if any of these occur. If you need your order in a specific time frame please know that I cannot rush your order or prioritize your order; I suggest plan to order ahead of time.
