This is the Window Insert Display that holds with multiple items in the shop including the leaning ladder tiles, wagon/ bench inserts, shelf sitters & tier trays. It is roomy enough to hold multiple items, but yet doesn't take up much room. Measures approximately: 10.5" tall x 15.75" wide x 3.5" deep 1. Lay out all pieces 2. Paint each piece 3. Assemble 4. Glue Important Note: When using the leaning ladder tiles, do not use the frames as it makes them too thick. The item is made from 1/8" high quality HDF that is super smooth & doesn't require sanding between each coat. This makes it super easy to paint when done in thin light coats. Paint pens work exceptionally well too. Most items are etched for placement of pieces & there are pictures to reference. You are buying the projects unpainted & unassembled. Glue is needed for assembly. Glue will be needed! (ca THICK or super glue needed) Suggestions: Use a 2" foam roller to cover larger areas. Be careful, words & letters can be fragile. All pictures showing projects painted, displayed & any props including beads are not included & are posted for inspiration only. Shipping is free with $35 purchase 1. Lay out all pieces 2. Paint each piece 3. Practice with Assembly 4. Glue Anytime a piece fits inside of another piece such as when used as a stand or used as a filler, they are meant to be very snug. If paint gets on the sides, they may not be able to fit. If this happens, lightly sand off the paint. What exactly is HDF?? High Density Fiberboard It's an engineered, composite wood board that has no natural wood grain or tannins, but is easy to paint with any acrylic paint. It absorbs paint fast, so it is best to paint thin layers on. Acrylic or oil based paint pens work great too! HDF should never be put in contact with direct moisture/weather as it is water resistant, but not waterproof. The best thing about HDF is that it doesn't bleed through causing stains over time. The beautiful window display with the dog themed project was painted & staged by Sharon Hill. The beautiful gray window & summer gnome ladder tiles were painted & staged by Michelle at Paint, Stain & Splinters.
