Men's Figure Skates AMERICAN ROCKET Size 11, Mid Century Black Ice Skates Lined Insulated Japan Blades, Vintage Beautiful authentic vintage American Rocket men's figure skates. Size 11. According to the tag, these ice skate shoe uppers are made of Polymeric Vinyl Naugalon & they are Nylon-Tricot lined & insulated. Blades are made of the finest tempered & hardened steel. Blades are injection-molded into the sole & heel. Each blade is precision positioned for true balance & proper height for maximum maneuverability & comfort. Blades are marked "Imperial HARDENED & TEMPERED" & "JAPAN S.S.S." These skates were found in the original box & appear unused. They do, however, show some age from sitting in the box for the past 60 years or so. The blades have a bit of rust, & nylon lining on the tongues of both shoes came unglued completely (you may choose to use as is, or to glue the tongue lining back with a bit of FabriFix glue or any other fabric adhesive of your choice). The box is in a rough shape, but it did a good job protecting the skates over the years. Please review the pictures. Size: 11 US Men's. Blades measure 13.25" long.
