Skirt starts with sparkle sheer triangles, then silver loss weave tulle, then 4 layers of sparkle tulle. Lined in flannel. Has adjustable Velcro straps. Topped with silver trim. Hand wash & line dry All orders are made at time of order so can be custom made to your pup. Add measurements for custom fit; neck, girth & length.
