Looking up into the winter sky through a scraggly & bare oak tree. I pass this tree on my evening walk, it is solitary & lonely but with a beautiful structure. The print image is 5"x6.5" & the paper size is 7"x9". It is a limited edition of 11, printed on Legion Stonehenge paper & printed with Cranfield Safewash inks. Each print is signed, numbered, & titled. This is a reduction print. After the image is transferred to a linoleum block, the same block is carved away, more & more, printing colors in between, until the image is complete. This destroys the block.
