Once you approve the design, you will receive the printed file via mail 7-10 business days after approval. PROOF APPROVAL We will send you a message with your proof & the address we have on file. PLEASE RESPOND TO THE EMAIL that it is approved & confirm your shipping address. YOUR RETRACTABLE BANNER WILL PRINT EXACTLY LIKE THE IMAGE in THIS EMAIL. Please note that you will receive two rounds of edits (if needed) for your banner. - SHIPPING: We ship out all banners 3-5 business days after the order is processed. Banners will be received 5-7 days after they are shipped. A notification will be sent via Etsy message of this. Expedited shipping is available if needed. Just message us prior to order. - MATERIAL: We use a premium quality print on PVC material, for the stand we use a flexible fiber pole, lightweight Alimunim legs for the stand, & ABS body, we will provide a nylon bag to carry & a water bag to counterweight the wind for outdoor use. - This product is for personal use only & cannot be used commercially or be resold/redistributed.
