Vintage 1910s or 1920s flapper dress. Made of off white silk. double layer skirt. Frosty white glass beaded designs. Fringe at collar & cuffs. Belt knot design on each side. Beaded belt tassels. Unsnaps down but then along left side for easy on/off. I could not find a label. About a Size medium. Measures: 38" around the bust 38" around the waist 40" around the hips 15" shoulder to shoulder 40" overall length in good condition with spots on right side, yellowed underarms, see pictures.
